Hi Launa-

This actually isn't the first time you've done this, but a few minutes ago you started saying "nigh night" and rubbing your eyes. Then again you said it then said, "Hugs, kisses, daddy." You wanted to give daddy our traditional hugs and kisses. So we did that, you said "nigh night" again, I took you downstairs, set you down and with me following, you walked to your room and stood by your crib. And I put you in there and I'm pretty sure you're asleep!

So cute!!

On a Big Swing

This was freaking me out but you loved it! Again, once you're comfortable with something, you are stubborn about wanting to do it alone! I tried to sit you in my lap to swing and you didn't want anything to do with it.

So I sat you in there alone, told you to hang on tight, have you a gently push and you started giggling!

20 Months

Wow Launa. 20 months today. Only 4 months away from being two!

You are an amazing little girl. You love hugging. You are a GREAT talker and signer. Walking around or driving around you just name objects. Like "airplane" and "bucket". Blanket, seat, bitey or binkdee for binky, horsey, "Bob!", go, stop, wash, dancing, hands, fingers, foot, toes, SHOES, buckle, plate, food, wahwat (water), moch (milk), juice, outside, raining, sun, mouse (Mickey mouse), hi, bye, coming, I sit der, all done, out please, taint tyou (thank you).

You call Starlynn "sissy", and very clearly say (or yell) "Harmony". You now say "dama" instead of rora for Grandma Laura. You say Brad and Ben and Daub for Gabe.

You are still very reserved in new situations but once comfortable you are talkative, adventurous and sweet! You're getting braver on new terrains and at the playground, but I must say, it is nice to have my little companion by me all the time! I love your sweet, sensitive nature.

The way you play with dolls is very motherly and very detailed.

Yes, you have your loud, screaming moments, but it doesn't matter to me!! I just love you so much!!!!!!!
